Chalet Osarcs is a self-catered luxury chalet in Les Arcs, located in the Chantel area of Les Arcs 1800. The chalet offers ski in ski out access, stunning mountain views across the Tarentaise valley, and first-class spa and entertainment facilities. Part of the Mille 8 development of luxury chalets in Les Arcs, the property is accessed via a 5-minute walk through the residence located just below.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and 280m2 of floor space. The entrance to the chalet is located on level 0, and for those arriving directly from the ski slopes, the ski room is conveniently located next to the front door. From here you can take the stairs up to the open plan living spaces on the top floor.
The dramatic living room features high ceilings and panoramic views fill the room through the full height picture windows. The gas fireplace provides a focal point between the lounge and dining areas, and the open kitchen with island unit is fully equipped for home cooking. Outside, the large wide balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air, or alfresco dining in the warmer spring months.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, there are six double bedrooms spread across three floors. Three of the bedrooms can also be arranged with twin beds. The chalet has great spa facilities, with a private wellness area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. For entertainment, there is a dedicated cinema room with tiered seating, as well as a separate games room with a pool table, table football and TV.
The chalet offers ski in ski out access onto the gentle, lower part of the blue graded “Chantel” ski slope. From here you can ski quickly down to the centre of Arc 1800 where you have a choice of ski lifts to choose from. Take the Transarc gondola and you have access to the highest altitude slopes in the ski area, or you can ski down to Vallandry and take the cable car over to La Plagne and discover the full extent of the huge Paradiski ski area.
The Le Dahu gondola in the Chantel area is a 300m walk away and connects you to the centre of Les Arcs 1800, providing pedestrian access to its bars, restaurants, shops, and ski school meeting points. In the winter this gondola is usually open into the late evening. The Villards chairlift, also close to the residence, offers access to the famous Folie Douce bar and restaurant.
For families or any non-skiers in your group, the huge 3,800m2 Aquatic Centre is in the Chantal area, and offers an indoor swimming pool, massage jets, bubble beds, fitness room with gym and cardio equipment, wellness area with two steam rooms and two saunas, relaxation room, and tearoom.
