Chalet Eden is a self-catered luxury chalet in Les Arcs, located in the Chantel area of Les Arcs 1800. The chalet offers ski in ski out access, stunning mountain views across the Tarentaise valley, and first-class spa and entertainment facilities. Part of the Mille 8 development of luxury chalets in Les Arcs, the property is accessed via a 5-minute walk through the residence located just below.
The chalet is arranged over three floors and 221m2 of floor space. The entrance to the chalet is located on the middle level, and for those arriving directly from the ski slopes, the ski room is conveniently located next to the front door. From here you can take the stairs up to the open plan living spaces on the top floor.
The communal living space features a double height ceiling, large picture windows and contemporary hanging fireplace. Flooded with natural light, you can enjoy the panoramic views from the comfort of the lounge area. The open kitchen with island unit is fully equipped for home cooking and overlooks the dining table. Outside, the wide balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffees.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, the chalet ideally accommodates 10 adults and 4 children in six bedrooms. There are five en-suite double bedrooms arranged between the top and middle floors, one of which can also be arranged with twin beds. On the lowest floor is the sixth bedroom which is a quad bunk room. There is a separate toilet for this bedroom, and a shower available in the spa area.
On the lowest level are your private spa and entertainment facilities. The wellness area has a six-seat hot tub with views out over the mountains, as well as a sauna, steam room and shower. The dedicated cinema room with tiered seating is perfect for movie nights, or as a second living area for any family groups with children.
The chalet offers ski in ski out access onto the gentle, lower part of the blue graded “Chantel” ski slope. From here you can ski quickly down to the centre of Arc 1800 where you have a choice of ski lifts to choose from. Take the Transarc gondola and you have access to the highest altitude slopes in the ski area, or you can ski down to Vallandry and take the cable car over to La Plagne and discover the full extent of the huge Paradiski ski area.
The Le Dahu gondola in the Chantel area is a 300m walk away and connects you to the centre of Les Arcs 1800, providing pedestrian access to its bars, restaurants, shops, and ski school meeting points. In the winter this gondola is usually open into the late evening. The Villards chairlift, also close to the residence, offers access to the famous Folie Douce bar and restaurant.
For families or any non-skiers in your group, the huge 3,800m2 Aquatic Centre is in the Chantal area, and offers an indoor swimming pool, massage jets, bubble beds, fitness room with gym and cardio equipment, wellness area with two steam rooms and two saunas, relaxation room, and tearoom.
