Chalet Saint Joseph is a ski in ski out chalet in Val d’Isere. This luxury self-catered chalet is located in La Daille at the entrance to the resort and where there is a supermarket, ski hire shop along with a range of bars and restaurants. The centre of Val d’Isere is 2,000m away and can be accessed either by footpath or regular free resort bus which runs late into the night.
The chalet is arranged over three floors, 177m2 of living space and can accommodate 10-11 guests. Two of the five bedrooms can be arranged with either double or twin beds, whilst the other three bedrooms have double beds. All the bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower facilities and one of the rooms has an additional single bed making it a perfect family suite.
The middle floor of the chalet is where you will find the bright and modern open plan sitting and dining rooms. This convivial space has a clean and fresh style with plenty of light-coloured wood. The kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catered ski holiday and overlooks the dining table. Outside on the large terrace is a sauna and there is a ski room with boot dryers.
The La Daille gondola and funicular are only a short ski away and will have you quickly onto the highest ski slopes above Val d’Isere as well as over to Tignes. The ESF ski school have meeting points for both group and private lessons in La Daille. For those driving to resort it is recommended to have a 4×4, and/or snow chains to access the chalet with a vehicle.
