Chalet Abade, newly renovated in 2021, is an incredible ski in ski out chalet in Val d’Isere. It combines beautiful craftsmanship, modern amenities, and an unbeatable slope side setting for a truly memorable catered chalet holiday. This standalone chalet has a classically styled décor and furniture by renowned interior designers Turner Pocock.
The chalet is arranged over three floors and 315m2 of living space. Spread across the middle floor are the utterly charming living spaces. The living room with large picture windows overlooking the ski slopes, grand chandelier and wood burning fireplace give real wow factor and beckon you home after a day’s skiing.
The dining area sits between the living room and kitchen, and with its own fireplace, dramatic lighting, and music system, is the perfect setting for private dinner parties. To one side is the state-of-the-art kitchen that opens out onto a large terrace with outdoor hot tub and for sunny days, dining table and chairs. Tucked away behind the dining room is a cosy TV room with Netflix and Apple TV.
Sleeping up to 10-12 guests there are five en-suite bedrooms. On the top floor are two master suites both with double beds and en-suites with both bath and separate shower, whilst one also features a private balcony. On the ground floor there are two twin/double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, as well as a quad bunk room with en-suite bathroom.
There are further private spa facilities on the ground floor with a steam room, rain shower and massage room. The ski room with heated boot warmers will ensure your feet are nice and warm each morning. For those driving to resort there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.
Perfectly positioned with ski slopes so close you can watch skiers passing from the living room windows, the piste leading to the Olympique and Solaise lifts are right next to the chalet. The lively and bustling resort centre of Val d’Isère is also only a 5-minute drive away from the chalet, and the main lift hub and ski school meeting points just a 1-minute ski away.
