Chalet Noor is a luxury ski chalet in St Martin de Belleville and part of the conveniently located Caseblanche development. Located just 100m from the blue Biolley home slope, this almost ski in ski out location allows you to maximise your time on the slopes of the 3 Valleys ski area. Inside the interior is cosy and homely, and the elevated setting offers fantastic views over the valley and mountains.
Sleeping up to 12 people, the chalet is arranged over four floors and 200m2 of floor area. The entrance to the chalet is on the top floor, where there is a garage, ski room, and lobby. From here there are stairs that take you down into the heart of the chalet and the open plan living spaces on the second floor. This floor is filled with natural light from the large windows that open out onto a wide balcony.
A large fireplace faces onto both the lounge area and dining room, and the high, vaulted ceiling adds to the grandeur and feeling of space. The lounge has large sofas and armchairs for relaxed evenings spent together, and the wood dining table sits beneath a dramatic and modern chandelier. Behind the dining area is the semi open kitchen that is well equipped for home cooking.
The chalet’s five en-suite bedrooms are spread between the lowest two floors. On the first floor are two double bedrooms including the master, both with balconies, plus a children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds sleeping up to four. On the ground floor are a further two double bedrooms including a second master bedroom.
The chalet also features a dedicated TV room on the first floor, as well as a small spa area with sauna and relaxation area on the ground floor. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
To access the ski slopes it is just a 100m walk to the edge of the Biolley slope from where you can ski down less than 100m to the fast Saint Martin gondola. For those who need to access ski school, there is a footpath alongside the Biolley slope which brings you down to the main snow front where the ski schools meet, and this walk takes about two minutes.
It is quick and easy to access the slopes of the 3 Valleys from St Martin de Belleville. After you have taken the fast gondola up the mountain, you swap over to the St Martin Express chairlift which brings you right to the top of the slopes. From here you can choose to ski down into Meribel or Les Menuires, and then further afield, or enjoy the long undulating ski slopes above St Martin.
St Martin de Belleville has a great culinary scene with a wide choice of eateries from pizza and traditional local mountain cuisine to a 3-star Michelin restaurant. The centre of St Martin de Belleville, set around an old church, is 500m away and can be accessed by the resort ski bus which stops 50m from the chalet. There is a small supermarket and bakery in the resort.
