Spanning five floors and offering 295m2 of beautifully designed space, Chalet Sable Blanc comfortably accommodates up 10-14 guests. Occupying the uppermost level to maximise its elevated position, the spacious living room is bathed in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing breathtaking views across the village and surrounding mountain peaks. Designed for relaxation after a day on the slopes, the open-plan living area is a warm and inviting retreat. Rich timber panelling, a feature fireplace, comfortable furnishings and a soft, neutral colour palette create a cosy alpine ambiance.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining area, providing the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners and evenings spent together. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming home-from-home.
The chalet offers six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort, privacy and understated elegance in mind. Five double bedrooms are located across the second and third floors, while a charming quad bunk room, sleeping four guests, is tucked away on the first floor—making it an ideal space for children.
The chalet is a great choice for those who enjoy quality time together when not exploring the ski slopes. A dedicated cinema room along with table football ensures plentiful opportunities for entertainment and games with friends and family. If your mind and muscles need to rejuvenate for your next day’s activities, then the sauna on the first floor is the place to head to.
This well-appointed chalet also features a ski room with boot heaters, cloakroom, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus garage. Numerous balconies and a terrace ensure plentiful opportunities for a peaceful morning coffee in the fresh alpine air.
From the chalet it is a 100m walk to the piste where it is a very short ski down to the Téléski button lift. This ski lift takes you up the mountain a little and from where you can ski down to the St Martin gondola and up into the extensive 3 Valleys ski area. At the end of your ski day, you can descend back to St Martin de Belleville, join the Village piste and then walk the short distance back to the chalet.
The centre of the village, centred on its 17th century Baroque church, is only 150m away and offers a great selection of restaurants if you prefer to dine out in the evenings. St Martin de Belleville also offers all the shops needed for your self-catering provisions and any top up shopping should you prefer to arrive with your week’s main food supplies.
The chalet is semi-detached with the adjoining property, Chalet Flocon des Iles, also sleeping 10-14 guests. When rented together they are a great solution for large groups or multiple families looking to holiday together in the same location, offering a solution for up to 28 guests.
