The Ultima Courchevel is a unique development of 13 chalet residences over an area of 3,700m2, located in the exclusive area of Belvédère, just above Courchevel 1650. The chalets are arranged into a North Resort and South Resort, and both have access to their own dedicated spas. The North spa features an indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, gym, and treatment rooms.

There are five luxury chalet residences in the North resort, four of which have 5 en-suite bedrooms, and one with 4 en-suite bedrooms. While the residences are connected, they offer complete privacy, with access to the expansive spa, front desk, and car parking. To access the skiing, it is just a 2 minute walk to the edge of the ski slopes, from where it is a short ski down to the fast Ariondaz gondola.

The Ultima Courchevel residences are available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in your chalet by the dedicated team of staff. You will also enjoy access to a shared driver service within Courchevel, along with morning and evening housekeeping service, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, coffee and tea, all refreshed daily.
