Nebula is a beautiful penthouse apartment in the Ariondaz area of Courchevel Moriond (1650). A triplex apartment offering a spacious 170m2 of floor area, the interior is stylish, contemporary, and full of natural light. Sleeping 10 guests there are five bedrooms spread across two floors. The penthouse also enjoys a ski-in location and is just 400m from the Petit Moriond gondola.
You enter the apartment on the middle level and arrive into the open plan living spaces. A high ceiling, white walls and lightly coloured wood create a lovely feeling of space where the group can come together in the evenings. The open kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks both the lounge and dining area, ensuring a convivial ambiance no matter if you are cooking or relaxing.
The lounge area features a mix or sofas and armchairs along with a flat screen TV for relaxed evenings in. From the dining area you can step out onto a balcony that offers a panoramic view across the Courchevel valley. Adjacent to the kitchen, steps lead up to a mezzanine area decked out with beanbags and a TV and is a great dedicated space for any family groups with children.
To the rear of the middle floor are the first two double bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, along with a further separate toilet.
Taking the stairs down to the lower level, and there are a further three bedrooms. The first is a double room with balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second room on this floor is another double room again with a private balcony. This room shares a separate bathroom and toilet with the fifth bedroom, a bunk room sleeping two which is perfect for children.
Also on the lower floor is a private sauna that is a welcome facility to ease tired muscles after a day on the ski slopes. Next to the sauna is also an additional shower. In the apartment are also private laundry facilities with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Guests also have use of a ski locker with boot heaters, along with 1 covered car parking space.
In the morning it is around a 100m walk from the residence building to a piste that takes you the short way to the Petit Moriond gondola. This gondola takes you the short distance up onto the slopes where it is just a quick ski down to the main snow front, the Ariondaz gondola, and ski school meeting points. At the end of your ski day, you can return to the residence via the blue Cepes piste.
The centre of Courchevel Moriond is a 10-minute walk away and where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars, along with a bakery, supermarket, and ski shops.
Penthouse Nebula is available to rent on a self-catered basis. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required, with flexible arrival days possible. Additional services such as daily cleaning, mid-stay linen change, and chef are available at an additional charge.
