Chalet San Pietro, built in 2020, is one of four chalets built in the hamlet of La Stelvio, just a few steps away from the centre of Courchevel 1550, now also known as Courchevel Village. The bottom of the ski slopes and Grangettes gondola, which links you directly to the centre of Courchevel 1850, are all within a 200m walk. It is easy to enjoy all that both 1550 and 1850 offer without needing to take a ski bus.
The chalet is built over five floors and 360m2 of living space. The top floor of the chalet, with high vaulted ceilings is a grand and spacious room for the open plan living spaces and kitchen. Here you can recline in front of the fireplace, enjoy the large screen TV, or simply gaze at the expansive mountain views through the floor to ceiling picture windows.
Sleeping 10 adults and 4 children, there are four double or twin en-suite bedrooms plus an en-suite family suite with double room plus a quad bunk bedroom which children will love. The lowest level of the chalet is entirely dedicated to the private wellness facilities with indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, massage room and relaxation area.
This well-appointed chalet also offers a dedicated cinema room, which is perfect as a second living room for family groups. There is also ski room with boot warmers, laundry room and garage with space for one car.
Chalet San Pietro is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis with a housekeeper to prepare daily breakfasts and provide daily housekeeping. Food and drink costs are additional for the breakfast provisions.
