Chalet Carcentina, built in 2019, is a beautiful luxury ski chalet in Courchevel 1550 (Village). Ideally located in the hamlet of La Stelvio in the centre of the resort, you are only 150m from the Grangettes gondola lift which connects you directly to the centre of Courchevel 1850 in just five minutes. The chalet sleeps 10-14 guests in five bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.
The chalet is arranged over five floors and 266m2 of living space. The top floor of the chalet is given over to the open plan living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen. The living room enjoys fantastic mountain views through the floor to ceiling windows and has a feature fireplace and large screen TV. The dining table easily seats 10 and the fully equipped kitchen also has a small breakfast bar.
The five en-suite bedrooms are arranged over the middle three floors. There are three twin/double rooms, a double master suite and family room sleeping up to 6. On the lowest floor of the chalet is a great entertainment room with cinema area, pool table and bar with seating. The chalet also has a ski room with boot warmers and a car parking space for one car.
The chalet is available on a bed & breakfast basis with a housekeeper to provide breakfast and daily cleaning. The ski lifts, slopes and ESF meeting points including snow kindergarten are all within walking distance. The bars, restaurants and ski shops in Courchevel 1550 as well as the Aquamotion swimming pool complex are also all easy to reach on foot.
