Chalet Thovex is a very sought after chalet due to its incredible location right in the very centre of Val d’Isère. At just 350 metres from the Solaise Express Ski lift and 100 metres from the Tourist Office, the position of this chalet is really hard to beat. It is also set back from the main road, but close enough for you to enjoy the renowned Val d’Isère nightlife to the full.
This self-catered chalet is spread over three floors and 200m2. The chalet is built in a traditional Savoyard style, with the use of local stone and wood throughout. Inside there is plenty of charm with a blend of authentic alpine touches with modern comfort and its close proximity to the ski slopes gives it an authentic mountain ambience.
The open plan wood panelled living area is cosy and well furnished with comfortable seating, fireplace and large windows leading out onto a balcony with wonderful views. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy to prepare home cooked meals in the evenings, or alternatively the numerous restaurants of Val d’Isère are only a short walk away.
Sleeping up to 12 guests there are 6 bedrooms. There are 3 double and 3 double/twin rooms, offering good flexibility for a large group of friends or several families looking to holiday together.
After a day’s skiing in the world famous Espace Killy ski area, the outdoor Nordic hot tub and sauna will help relax any aching muscles at the end of the day. Guests have use of a ski locker for storing boots and skis/snowboards.
