The Bungo is a modern self-catered apartment in Morzine, at the heart of the huge Portes du Soleil ski area. Situated in one of the sunniest locations in Morzine, The Bungo is the perfect choice for both winter and summer holidays in the French Alps.

This two bedroom apartment takes full advantage of its setting with bi-folding doors opening on to a sunny terrace with outdoor hot tub and gas barbecue. A resort ski bus stop is located at the end of the road and offers several routes in to the town centre and the ski slopes. Alternatively, you add in a resort driver service at additional cost making it an excellent and easy self-catered option.

The apartment sleeps 4-6 guests and has two en-suite bedrooms which can be configured as either twin or super king beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room whilst the other has a bathroom making it ideal for families with young children.

Outside, the terrace has a hot tub, dining table and barbecue and there is also private parking for two cars. An internal boot room with plenty of room to store ski equipment, whilst the boot and glove warmers ensure your equipment is dry and warm for the next day. Summer guests can request access to a locked shed for storing bikes.

The large open plan kitchen and living area are bathed in sunshine throughout the day and open onto the terrace with a stunning view of La Côte-d’Abroz and Mont Chéry. The open plan living and dining room is also equipped with full UK Sky TV package. There is also a large sofa bed allowing for extra guests or children to be accommodated.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar area for a quick breakfast stop whilst there is also a large dining table for evening dinner parties. There is also a washer/dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board making it ideal for guests wanting to stay for longer holidays. High chairs and cots can be provided, and you will find kids plates and cutlery already in the apartment.

The Bungo is situated on Pied de la Plagne, a beautiful, sunny plateau at one end of Morzine town. The location is ideal for self-catered guests as the bus stop is across from the apartment with buses regularly going to the town centre and the lifts.

In the winter and summer, three bus routes pass this stop meaning you never have long to wait. If you prefer to walk, the town centre is an easy 15-20 minute walk along a flat pavement. You can also take advantage of access to the Parc Dérêches forest and walk in to town through the park. This is a beautiful walk along the river.
