Chalet Xanadu is a catered chalet in Morzine perfect for large group ski holidays. Completed in the summer of 2023, this six-bedroom chalet is a great choice for several families or big groups of friends. The chalet is arranged over six levels and offers flexible rooming as well as a luxurious boho-chic interior and stunning views over Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney ski slopes.
The chalet is located on the sunny side of town in an elevated setting just above the road linking Morzine to Montriond. The resort driver service is included during the winter months, so your group can get around the resorts of Morzine and Les Gets with ease. In the summer you can cross the road and stroll along the Dereches River to Morzine’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the Super Morzine lift.
The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is spread across level 4 and this dramatic space has a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows. The huge corner fireplace will add to the cosy ambiance on snowy nights in. Large wraparound balconies along with a big decking area lets you enjoy incredible views over the Morzine valley and make the most of the sunny position.
There are plenty of amenities for your group to enjoy on their holiday too. Off the main living room is a TV / cinema room, and on the top-level a kids’ “den” with games, books, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the valley. A wellness area with sauna and outdoor hot tub will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your next day’s skiing adventure in the Portes du Soleil ski area.
Sleeping up to 14 to 20 guests, the en-suite bedrooms are spread throughout the chalet. On Level 2 is the master suite with access onto the terrace, as well as the bunkroom with four double beds and a big bathroom with a bath, double sinks (one for kids) and a shower with a seat. There is also a communal hall seating area situated outside both bedrooms.
On Level 3 there are three rooms with either double or twin beds and all enjoy access onto a wide wraparound balcony. The sixth bedroom is a double and is located on level 5 and has an en-suite with both bath and shower, as well incredible views over Nyon from the big balcony. The den on the top floor can also be used as an extra sleeping area if you are looking to accommodate 20 guests.
On the main entrance level there is plentiful space to store all your mountain equipment with a big lobby and ski room with heated boot warmers. For those driving to resort, the chalet has six off-street parking spaces. There is also a big garage, but is can only be used for storage and not cars, so is perfect for bikes and ski equipment.
Chalet Xanadu is available in the winter season on a catered chalet basis and is priced for up to 14 guests. The chalet can accommodate up to 20 guests with an additional charge. The chalet is also available on a self-catered basis during the summer.

The kids’ den can sleep an extra two children on request. Please note, the head height and storage space is limited. There is a W.C. at the bottom of the staircase and guests staying in this room with need to use a bathroom in one of the other guest rooms.
