Chalet Panda Lodge in Meribel is a self-catered chalet that ticks all the boxes for a fun ski holiday. Just a short walk from the centre of Méribel, this former barn, fully redesigned in 2022, delivers a wonderful blend of traditional Savoyard charm and modern design. Spread over four floors, the chalet accommodates 12 guests and offers generous volumes and luxurious finishes throughout.
The top floor is dedicated to an impressive open plan living space under a majestic cathedral ceiling, with sweeping, uninterrupted mountain views. The lounge, with its colourful sofas and suspended fireplace, is the ideal spot to come together and relax in the evenings. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen with island unit and continues the convivial and relaxed ambiance of this space.
There are six en-suite bedrooms, with five double rooms and one which can be arranged with either a double or twin bed. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, three bedrooms on the ground floor, with the final bedroom on the lower ground floor. Also on the lowest level is the dedicated movie room where you can relax with your favourite film.
When you are back at the chalet from your day exploring the 3 Valleys ski slopes, an outdoor area is dedicated to relaxation with a sauna and a sunken hot tub, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. There is also a ski storage room for all your mountain equipment, along with a laundry room. For groups looking to self-drive to Meribel, there are 3 outdoor car parking spaces.
The chalet is in the Mussillon neighbourhood in an area known as Lezeretta, just 400 meters from the centre of the resort. Within 150m there is also a well sized and stocked supermarket, along with a shop selling local cheeses. In the evenings, if you prefer to dine out, it is easy to walk into the resort where there is a wide choice of restaurants to discover.
To access the ski slopes, within 50m of the chalet the “Mussillon Haut” bus stop provides access to the resort ski bus travelling both to and from the main lift hub and snow front at La Chaudanne in the resort centre. For those requiring ski school, all the meeting points for lessons are also located at La Chaudanne.
The chalet is a great choice for your stay in the heart of Méribel, combining comfort and luxury in all seasons. In winter, enjoy the nearby ski slopes, while in summer, hiking trails and outdoor activities are just steps away from the chalet.
