Chalet Edel is tucked away in the charming village location of Meribel Raffort. This semi-detached chalet has a cosy interior and is only 250m away from the Olympic Gondola connecting you directly to Meribel resort centre. The bright and well-arranged living spaces ensure a warm and homely ambiance for your ski holiday in the 3 Valleys ski area.
The chalet is spread across three floors and can accommodate 8-10 guests in five bedrooms. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, with two double and one bunk room sleeping 2. The first bedroom has terrace access and an en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom has an en-suite shower and shares a separate toilet with the bunk room. There is also a separate shower room too.
Up onto the middle floor and this is where your open plan living spaces are arranged. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the dining table. A couple of steps lead down to the lounge with deep sofas, a fireplace and TV, and is it perfect spot for relaxed evenings.
Outside, your private spa facilities await your return from the ski slopes and where you can sink into the sunken hot tub or ease-tired muscles in the barrel sauna.
Finally, the second floor is entirely dedicated to relaxation, with two beautiful en-suite bedrooms tucked away under the roof. These rooms offer a true retreat for a peaceful night’s sleep.
This well-equipped chalet also features a ski room with boot warmers as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For guests driving to Meribel there are also two private indoor car parking spaces available at the chalet.
To access the ski slopes, the Méribel Olympic Gondola is only a 5-minute walk away. This gondola connects you to the main Chaudanne lift hub and snow front in Meribel Centre, and where the ski school meeting points are also located. From here, you have a choice of gondolas and a chairlift, depending on where you wish to ski that day.
To return to the chalet and the hamlet of Raffort, you have a few choices. When the snow conditions allow, skiing to within 250m of the chalet on the blue Raffort slope is possible. The efficient resort ski bus also stops just 150m from the chalet, meaning you are always well connected to the resort centre day, restaurants and shops, both day and night.
Chalet Edel is available to rent on a self-catered chalet basis.
