Chalet Berlioz is a luxury catered chalet in Meribel, located in the private and exclusive Les Brames lotissement. This setting, a few minutes up from the resort centre and main lift hub of La Chaudanne, affords wonderful views of the mountains including Mont Vallon. Completed for the 2023/24 winter season, the chalet is staffed with a dedicated team to ensure you enjoy a memorable ski holiday in Meribel.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and can accommodate 10-12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. The entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where there is also external car parking available. You can head directly into the ski room, or if not in your ski gear, into the hallway off which four bedrooms are arranged. All these bedrooms can be set up with either double or twin beds to suit your group.
Taking the stairs up to the first floor and you arrive at the spacious open plan living rooms. This grand room, with high, vaulted timber roof and central fireplace is sure to impress. Large picture windows take full advantage of the views and let the natural light flood in. Deep sofas face the fireplace and let you unwind at your leisure, whilst the pool table and bar provide for evenings entertainment.
The large dining table can comfortably seat 12 guests and semi-open kitchen is adjacent. Step outside to the wide terrace and balcony and you can enjoy the afternoon sun or alfresco dining in the warmer spring months. Back inside and the final two bedrooms, which are interconnecting, are also located on this level. One a twin/double and the other a small twin suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
Taking the stairs up again and there is a mezzanine area tucked away beneath the roof. Here there is a TV / cinema room to one side and the other an office space for any guests who still need to work whilst away. Outside on the terrace, you can unwind in the hot tub or sauna, or children can make snowmen. On the lowest level of the chalet there is a gym area and massage room.
Each morning your chauffeur will be on hand to drive you the three minutes to start your ski day either in Meribel Centre or Meribel Mottaret. Complimentary ski guiding for up to 6 guests is included for 6 days, so you can fully maximise and explore the extensive 3 Valleys ski area. At the end of your ski day the chauffeur will be ready to whisk you back to the chalet where the team will be ready to look after you.
The interior fit out and furnishing, as well as external landscaping at Chalet Berlioz is still underway. Professional images of the completed chalet will be uploaded in due course.
