Les Cristaux B31 is a self-catered apartment in the Les Cristaux residence in Les Arcs 1800. Located in the Chantel area of Arcs 1800 the elevated setting affords wonderful views across the valley and Mont Blanc. This duplex apartment is stylish and filled with natural light, whilst the residence features a shared spa area and direct access to the ski slopes.
The apartment offers 90m2 of floor area and sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. On the upper floor, the open plan living area with lounge, dining table and kitchen features high ceilings, large windows and stunning views. The lounge is equipped with a fireplace and large screen TV for cosy nights in and opens onto a large south-west facing terrace with a mountain backdrop.
The three bedrooms are all on the lower level, providing a nice separation between the sleeping and living spaces. The principal bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share a separate shower room and separate toilet.
If driving to resort, there is one covered car parking space available, and which also has an electric charging station.
The Cristaux residence consists of 3 buildings (A, B, C) which are connected via underground corridors. The communal spa with hot tub, sauna and hammam is in building C and is a great place to head to for a relax after returning from your days skiing.
Each apartment also has an individual ski locker in building C, and from where there is direct connection to the slopes, with ski in ski out access onto the “Vers Arc 1800” blue piste.
The Les Cristaux residence is located above Les Arc 1800 in the Le Chantel district. The departure of the Dahu cable car is a 400m walk away, and links you to the main snow front, ski school meeting points, and the centre of Arc 1800. The free inter-station ski bus stops 150m away from the residence, opposite the Iseran residence, so you can also use the bus to reach the resort centre and shops.
