Chalet Allnatt is a brand-new luxury ski chalet in Courchevel 1650 for the 20019/20 winter ski season. Completed in the summer of 2019 it is part of the slope side Canyon Lodge development. The chalet is arranged over four floors all connected by stairs and an elevator as well as a mezzanine floor above the living room. Sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children in 5 en-suite bedrooms, the chalet offers 167m2 of living space.
The entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor where there is also a garage with 2 car parking spaces as well as ski storage. The ground floor is completed with the first bedroom which is a children’s bunk room with en-suite shower room.
The next two floors both have two double/twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities as well as balcony access. All the rooms are decorated in a clean and simple style to create a peaceful retreat for your nights sleep.
The third floor will have you smiling from the moment you arrive with its double height ceilings and large picture windows. This impressive space is dedicated to modern living with a living and dining room as well as the well-equipped kitchen. There are plenty of comfy seats for the whole group to enjoy time together and the dining table is large enough for impressive dinner parties.
The living room benefits from a large terrace to the front and to the rear there is another smaller terrace this time with a private outdoor hot tub. Upstairs there is a cosy mezzanine floor tucked away under the roof eaves that is great as a play den for children and is set up with a television.
The chalet’s setting is only 50 from the ski slopes and it is an easy ski down to the Ariondaz gondola, ski school meeting points and the centre of Courchevel 1650.
