The building has been fully renovated and incorporates 14 individual and stylish apartments. The residence also includes a shared and well-equipped spa facility which includes an indoor swimming pool with relaxation area, sauna, hammam and treatment room.
The resort of Lech has some of the highest snowfall records in Europe and its state-of-the-art lift system links skiers to St. Christophe and St. Anton, creating an enormous ski area. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
The Brunnenhof 7 apartment is located on the second floor and offers 96m2 of living space. The light and spacious living area is decorated with warm tones and rich fabrics. The stylish grey L-shaped sofa and a couple of ottomans mean there are ample seating options for everyone to relax and put their feet up. The wood dining table comfortably seats six people and the adjoining kitchen overlooks this area, creating a wonderfully social space in which to cook and dine.
Sleeping four guests there are two en-suite double bedrooms. The master room has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower as well as balcony access, whilst the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. After a long day on the slopes, you can head down to the wonderful shared spa facilities and enjoy a dip in the pool or a soothing sauna.
To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. The centre of Lech, along with its glamorous social and restaurant scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence. For groups and families not looking to compromise on location or quality, along with the benefit of spa facilities, the Brunnenhof is a property that ticks all the holiday boxes.
