The Brunnenhof 3 apartment is located on the first floor and is arranged over a spacious 145m2 of living space. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is a fantastic space in which to relax and entertain. A large TV is mounted on a wide column which provides a degree of separation from the dining area, where an elegant table seats up to eight and faces a gas burning fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living space and lends to the convivial ambiance when dining in.
Sleeping six guests there are three charming en-suite bedrooms. The master double room features a little living area with 2 chairs and opens out onto the balcony. The second and third bedrooms can both be arranged with either twin or double beds and makes this apartment a great choice for different small groups or a couple of small families. All rooms feature wall mounted TVs.
The resort of Lech has a state-of-the-art lift system along with one of the highest snowfall records in Europe and the links to St. Christophe and St. Anton, create an enormous ski area. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste. After a long day on the slopes, indulge with a soak in the shared swimming pool or revive tired limbs in the shared sauna or hammam.
To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. The centre of Lech, along with its glamorous social and restaurant scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence. For groups and families not looking to compromise on location or quality, along with the benefit of spa facilities, the Brunnenhof is a property that ticks all the holiday boxes.
