Each of the bedrooms have been individually designed. Care has been taken over their design to ensure that the colours, lighting and use of materials are in synergy with the alpine environment whist maintaining an ultra-slick feel.
At the heart of the apartment you will find the open plan living and dining area. Features include a large plasma TV and wonderful integrated sound system. The fireplace is perfectly positioned in-between the floor to ceiling French windows with stunning views of Lech and the snow-capped peaks, giving the space a wonderful alpine perspective.
Inviting sofas take up one half of the room whist the other is adorned with a wonderful dining table accommodating the whole party with ease. With an intelligent use of space, Balegia Apartment 3, provides an effortless winter base for a group of friends or for spending time with the family. Guests have access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.
Balegia Apartment 3 benefits from access to the brand-new, state-of-the-art spa, an exclusive feature of the Balegia Residence. Spread across two floors, the ground floor and the first floor of the building, the spa offers a range of luxurious amenities. On the ground floor, a stunning terrace leads into an indoor swimming pool, complete with a chic champagne lounge, massage room, and tea bar. Beside the pool, a hot stone bed provides ultimate relaxation, while outside, a covered hot tub offers a cosy retreat.
The first floor features a heated terrace with ample seating and sunbeds, as well as an indoor sauna, a tranquil relaxation area, and a gym and yoga studio equipped with modern fitness machines, including a Peloton bike. The spa is shared with two other apartments in the same building.
