The Ultima Courchevel is a unique development of 13 chalet residences over an area of 3,700m2, located in the exclusive area of Belvédère, just above Courchevel 1650. The residences are arranged into a South Resort and North Resort, and both have access to their own dedicated spas. The South spa features an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym and treatment rooms.
There are eight luxury ski in ski out chalet residences in the South resort, all of which feature four en-suite bedrooms. While the residences are linked together, they offer complete privacy, with access to the extensive spa, front desk, restaurant, bar, and valet car parking. The Prestige Residences are closer to the ski slope and are more private, while the Signature Residences have access to the slopes via the indoor ski room. It is a short ski down to the fast Ariondaz gondola.
The Prestige Residences give direct access to the slopes thanks to their terrace on the top floor, where the kitchen and living room are also located. On the 1st floor, you have a Joker Room/Spare Room that can be used as playroom for kids, dressing or other use (there is no window), and there is an additional bathroom too.
The Signature Residences give access to the slopes via the South resort ski room. The living room, with balcony, and kitchen are not on the top floor but on the 3rd floor. On the top floor you have a library with a dressing area and small terrace. On the ground floor, all residences have a laundry room, as well as access to the hall which connects the resort and amenities.
The Ultima Courchevel residences are available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in your chalet by the dedicated team of staff. You will also enjoy access to a shared driver service within Courchevel, along with morning and evening housekeeping service, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, coffee and tea, all refreshed daily.
You also have access to the exclusive bar in the South resort, as well as room service available. A private dining room within Ultima Courchevel is available on reservation and can seat up to 25 guests. A private chef service for dinner in the comfort of your private residence is also available with an additional charge.
A ski butler will get your equipment ready and await your return from the slopes with warm tea. There is also a designer ski store on-site.
