Chalet Tchadar occupies an exceptional ski-in ski-out position in Courchevel 1850, set within the prestigious Nogentil area and directly on the Bellecôte slope. From this privileged setting, guests can ski directly to the resort centre and La Croisette lift hub, placing the chalet at the heart of one of the world’s most renowned alpine destinations.
Spanning 720m2 across five floors, all connected by lift, Chalet Tchadar brings together contemporary design, natural materials and a sense of understated alpine elegance. The architecture, created by Maxime Gilbert Architects and Forty Studio, is complemented by interiors developed in collaboration with Axel Vervoordt. The result is a beautifully restrained aesthetic, where rich textures, natural finishes and carefully selected materials create an enduring atmosphere.
The principal living spaces are designed to make the most of the chalet’s exceptional setting. A generous open-plan living room features soaring ceilings and expansive picture windows, filling the space with natural light and drawing the surrounding mountain landscape into the interior.
At its heart, a welcoming sitting area is arranged around the fireplace, creating an inviting place to relax after a day on the slopes. The adjoining dining area opens onto a large balcony, while the fully equipped kitchen is discreetly positioned away from the main living space. A separate TV lounge provides a more relaxed and intimate setting, particularly suited to younger guests.
The chalet accommodates up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms, including two spacious master suites. Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with four offering a double bed, terrace access and a private en-suite shower room. The fifth is a dedicated children’s room features two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bath, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

Wellness takes centre stage on a lower floor, which is devoted entirely to relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can unwind in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi or enjoy the warmth of the hammam and sauna. A private massage room provides an additional space to relax and recharge in complete privacy.
During the winter months, the chalet’s ski room offers direct access to the Bellecôte slope, making it effortless to head out onto the mountain each morning and return home at the end of the day. A covered parking area adds further convenience, completing the thoughtful range of facilities at Chalet Tchadar.
Chalet Tchadar is available to rent on a fully staffed basis with chef, butler, housekeeper and in-resort chauffer service. The chef will tailor the food menus to suit your tastes and preferences with food and drink costs additional and charged at the end of your stay.
