Opening for the 2025/26 winter ski season, the residence offers a collection of 18 luxury apartments along with the impressive penthouse. Along with a ski in ski out location just 50m from the blue Tovets ski slope, the residence also offers its guests a fabulous wellness area.
The residence, clad in wood and glass, offers spacious accommodation with a timelessly elegant design that marries traditional chalet architecture and the latest alpine design trends. On the 6th floor of the residence, the Penthouse offers 680m2 of luxury and comfort over three floors and can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 children across 6 luxurious suites and a children’s bedroom.
The living area is on the middle floor of the penthouse and features a lounge with fireplace, a reception area with a bar and pool table, and a large kitchen and dining area. A calm ambience fills the spaces, with a palette of colours drawn from nature, softly shaped furniture and textured materials. Panoramic views of the resort and ski slopes can be enjoyed from the large windows and balconies.
Also on the middle floor are your private spa facilities with an indoor Jacuzzi and sauna, and the property also has a dedicated massage room for private treatments on the lower level.
From the residence it is just 50m to the blue graded Tovets piste which descends into the centre of Courchevel 1550. From Courchevel 1550 the Grangettes gondola connects directly into the centre of Courchevel 1850 and the main La Croisette lift hub. Alternatively, La Croisette is just a 300m walk away from the residence, and this is also where the ski school meeting points are located.
The Atmosphere Residence is centrally located and just a 100m from the heart of the resort. Courchevel 1850 offers an abundance of high-end boutiques if you prefer a day’s shopping to a day on the ski slopes, and the in-resort driver service is on hand to whisk you back to the residence afterwards.
All guests staying in the Atmosphere Residence will enjoy shared access to the on-site wellness area in the residence. Facilities include a 22-metre indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hammam, a fitness/yoga room, tea bar. Treatments can also be booked in the Cinq Mondes spa.
The on-site CHACHA restaurant offers lunch on the terrace or dinner accompanied by music. A children’s playroom (not supervised), along with ski room and ski shop complete the facilities.
If driving to Courchevel 1850, a car parking space is included. Please note the parking space is located in a municipal parking lot, with no direct access to the residence (maximum height: 2 meters).
Penthouse Atmosphere is available to rent on a fully staffed basis including chef, butler, housekeeper and in-resort chauffeur service. Menus can be agreed with the chef, with the food and drink costs additional, and charged at the end of your stay. 4 x Spa treatments in the Atmosphère 1850 Wellness Area are also included.
