At the top of the chalet and making the most of its elevated setting, the spacious, light-filled living room is enhanced by large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views across the resort and surrounding mountains.
The open plan living spaces offer a cocooning wood panelled haven on your return from the slopes and feature a fireplace, cosy furniture and soft fabrics. A warm and inviting space, the open-plan kitchen and adjoining dining area extend the conviviality, creating the perfect setting for sharing memorable moments. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a homely ambiance.
The property features six en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, comfort, and understated elegance. Spacious and well-appointed, they offer a welcoming retreat for family and guests in an exclusive mountain setting. Five double bedrooms are spread across the third and second floors with a quad bunk room sleeping four tucked away on the first floor.

This well-appointed chalet also features a ski room with boot heaters, cloakroom, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus garage and a car parking space. Numerous balconies and a terrace ensure plentiful opportunities for morning coffees or evening aperitifs in the mountain air.
From the chalet it is a 100m walk to the piste where it is a very short ski down to the Téléski button lift. This ski lift takes you up the mountain a little and from where you can ski down to the St Martin gondola and up into the extensive 3 Valleys ski area. At the end of your ski day, you can descend back to St Martin de Belleville, join the Village piste and then walk the short distance back to the chalet.
The centre of the village, centred on its 17th century Baroque church, is only 150m away and offers a great selection of restaurants if you prefer to dine out in the evenings. St Martin de Belleville also offers all the shops needed for your self-catering provisions and any top up shopping should you prefer to arrive with your week’s main food supplies.
The chalet is semi-detached with the adjoining property, Chalet Sable Blanc, also sleeping 10-14 guests. When rented together they are a great solution for large groups or multiple families looking to holiday together in the same location, offering a solution for up to 28 guests.
