The ISBA Residence, built in 2021, is conveniently located in the centre of Meribel. This exclusive location provides all residence guests with easy access to the shops and slopes with just a few minutes walk. This intimate and charming residence is composed of only 9 flats of varying sizes. Its west-facing aspect affords great views of the valley’s peaks and the setting sun.
The apartments range in size from 60m2 to 197m2 and can accommodate between 6 and 12 people. All the apartments feature stylish interiors along with fully equipped kitchens for home cooking. Three of the apartments are also equipped with outdoor Nordic baths on their balconies. Some of the bedrooms feature bunks, making these ones a great fit for young families.
For any guests driving to Meribel, each apartment has a covered parking space, with some of the apartments also offering a second space and an electric vehicle charging point. Each apartment has its own ski locker in the shared ski room.
The location is perfect for those looking to be within walking distance of all that the centre of Meribel has to offer. The quickest way to access the ski slopes is by a 400m downhill walk to the tourist office, and where you can take an escalator up to the Doron ski slope. Once on the Doron piste, it is a 500m ski down this blue piste to the main lift hub and snow front of the Chaudanne.
Alternatively, you can use the Méribus ski shuttle bus that stops only 120m from the residence. If new to skiing, this is the easiest way to access the ski school meeting points at the Chaudanne snow front and lift hub.
At the end of your ski day, you can ski back down the Doron piste to the top of the escalator. After descending the escalator, you can either walk straight back to your apartment or stop for a drink or two in the resort centre first. The ski bus is also convenient for those looking to return to their apartment from the various après ski venues around the resort especially once the ski lifts and slopes have closed for the day.
The shops, bars and restaurants of Meribel Centre start at only 200m from the residence, with a further 200m downhill walk bringing you right into the heart of the resort. For those looking to home cook for the week, Meribel has a large supermarket for provisioning. If you prefer to dine out in the evenings, there is a wide choice of restaurants for all budgets.
