Aspen House is a new residence in the heart of Val d’Isere, completed for the 2019/20 winter ski season. The building is home to 8 suites sleeping from 4 to 10 people and provide a wonderful home for a week’s ski holiday. Loft 1 Aspen House is a wonderful penthouse sleeping 6 with an unbeatable setting in the centre of this world-famous ski resort. A vaulted ceiling gives loads of character to this handsome penthouse loft, with spacious open plan living and dining complete with modern feature fire, balcony and spectacular panoramic views.
There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with balcony, all of which can be arranged with either double or twin beds and each with flat screen TV.
Aspen House has a shared spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled Jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub. For your ski equipment there is a ski room with individual ski locker and boot warmers, and there is 1 private car parking space available on request.
The location could not be better as you are tucked away between the chapel and the church in the very historic centre of old Val d’Isere. From here you are only 100m from the Tourist Office and High Street and only 150m from the ski slopes.
