Aspen House is a new residence in the heart of Val d’Isere, completed for the 2019/20 winter ski season. The building is home to 8 suites sleeping from 4 to 10 people and provide a wonderful home for a week’s ski holiday. The modern apartments are decorated in a classical style creating a stylish mountain retreat.
No 2 Aspen House is one of those rare to find properties in Val d’Isere, being a 2 bedroom catered chalet-apartment. This unique property sleeps 4-6 guests, with one of the bedrooms featuring additional bunk beds, making it an ideal option for a family or small group of friends.
The open plan living and dining area with cutting-edge dancing fire and balcony provides ample space for four to six people to enjoy after a day’s skiing. The décor throughout is elegant and there are modern features with wall mounted TVs in the bedrooms and in the living room.
The two bedrooms can both be arranged with twin or double beds and feature either en-suite bath or shower rooms. One bedroom also features additional bunk beds.
Aspen House has a shared spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled Jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub. For your ski equipment there is a ski room with individual ski locker and boot warmers, and there is 1 private car parking space available on request.
The location could not be better as you are tucked away between the chapel and the church in the very historic centre of old Val d’Isere. From here you are only 100m from the Tourist Office and High Street and only 150m from the ski slopes.
