Chalet Fourmiliere is an utterly charming boutique catered ski chalet in Morzine. Originally a farmhouse dating back to 1805, the property has undergone full renovation and refurbishment to create a wonderful country house retreat in the Alps. There is now the perfect blend of original features, mountain charm and modern amenities for a memorable ski holiday.
Arranged over 325m2 of living space and two floors, the chalet is tucked away within its own grounds with private driveway. As soon as you arrive you will know that you are staying somewhere special. The hot tub is tucked away for your own private après ski enjoyment and in the Spring months you can enjoy the outdoor terrace.
The living areas are made for entertaining with the double height dining room a particular highlight. Gather at the bar for pre-dinner aperitifs before taking a seat for your own delightful evening dinner parties. Afterwards relax with a good book in the mezzanine library, retire to the elegant sitting room with comfy sofas around the open fireplace, or head off to the games room for some fun at the pool table.
The chalet can sleep 12-15 guests and upstairs there are six en-suite guest rooms as well as a dedicated massage room. All six bedrooms can be arranged with either king-size double or twin beds making the chalet perfect for all group configurations. In addition, it is possible to turn three bedrooms into triples to increase the occupancy to 15.
The chalet’s in-resort transportation is available in the mornings and in the afternoon. You will be transported to your choice of local ski lift in the morning and picked up again when you are ready to return to the chalet. Drivers will also transport you to and from your chosen restaurants on the chef’s night off. There is also a bus stop a two minute walk away, which also provides a free bus service to the ski lifts.
During peak weeks such as during the school holidays, Chalet Fourmiliere is rented on an exclusive use only basis. Individual bedrooms are available to book on a per person rate at other times – please enquire for prices and availability.
Chalet Fourmiliere is available on a catered chalet basis and is priced for up to 12 guests. There is an additional charge for further guests.
