Chesa Stupenda 1 is located in the chic Suvretta area of St. Moritz. This spacious chalet offers panoramic views over the Engadin valley, mountains and lake. The Suvretta area is known for its beautiful chalets in quiet surroundings, whilst also only five-minute drive from the lively town centre of St. Moritz with its excellent selection of restaurants, bars, and luxury boutiques. The Corviglia ski area can easily be reached via the Suvretta chairlift just a seven minute walk away.
This sprawling chalet is arranged over five floors all helpfully connected by an elevator as well as a broad staircase. There is a total of eight en-suite bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Three bright staff bedrooms may accommodate additional guests if required to bring the occupancy up to 21 guests.
On the entrance level is the large kitchen and dining room with a long wooden table. The living area is also on the same level and features floor to ceiling windows which afford outstanding views across the valley. Recline in the comfortable sofas and just hang out with the views and on sunny days enjoy the large veranda for summer grill-parties or après ski celebrations in the winter season. A separate TV corner is located directly adjoining to the living room.
On the lower ground level there are two guest bedrooms and three staff rooms, all with en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also a professionally equipped laundry room located next to the staff area. An extensive spa and fitness area extends across two floors and features a Turkish bath, sauna with shower facilities, gym, squash court and large indoor swimming pool with relaxation area, terrace access and further mountain views.
One floor up from the entrance level are the final six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, including the master suite with private balcony. The chalet is complete with a bike storage area, ski room and an in-house garage with space for five cars and car elevator to a second garage for two cars.
The chalet is rented on a fully staffed basis including chef, host and daily housekeeping. Menus are created to your personal preferences and food and drink costs are charged at local cost + VAT.
