Apartment Blu is located in the picturesque village La Punt Chamues-ch, strategically located at the bottom of the sun-drenched Albula Pass. Located alongside the Inn River, the property is within easy reach of two ski areas with either a ten-minute drive to St. Moritz, or a five-minute drive to the Zuoz family ski area. Children will also love the family friendly resort because of the Müsella children’s ski lift and nearby playground.

Dating back to 1595, this former Engadin farmhouse has been entirely refurbished and now accommodates six beautiful apartments, of which Blu is the largest. The building, overlooking the old town centre of La Punt, is close to the train station, the bus stop is just across the street, and restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. Many of the original features have been retained whilst geothermal energy provides efficient heating and there is a beautiful garden at the rear of the house.

The apartment has a direct entrance from the street through the former barn gate. The spacious and bright living and dining room sit beneath the vaulted ceiling and is full of historical character. Comfortable sofas invite guests to unwind with a glass of wine and the large wooden dining table can seat your entire family and is perfect for evening dinner parties.

The adjacent and well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast table seating up to eight and a door leads out to the garden.

The apartment sleeps up to 11 guests in six bedrooms with four king doubles, one twin and one single. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level, one on ground level and three on the lower ground floor. Four of the bedrooms offer the comfort of en-suite facilities with the remaining two each having a separate shower room.

There is also a cosy TV room full of original pine wood panelling and there is WiFi connection throughout the entire house. A second apartment entrance along with the building’s main staircase as well as an elevator provides access to a handy fully equipped laundry room, storage cellar and in-house garage with spaces for 2 cars on the lower ground floor.

The apartment is rented on a fully staffed basis including chef, host and daily housekeeping. Menus are created to your personal preferences and food and drink costs are charged at local cost + VAT.
