Chalet Duchesse is ideally situated on one of the historic streets of St Martin de Belleville, and only a short walk from the village centre. Here you will find access to superb restaurants and shops, as well as direct access to slopes of the world-renowned Trois Vallées ski area. The nearest ski lift is only 350m away along with the bottom of the ski slopes, which can also be viewed from the chalet’s large terrace.
The chalet is arranged over three floors and 230m2 of living space. The main living spaces are arranged across the middle floor, with the open plan living room featuring a gorgeous fireplace, vaulted ceiling and superb south facing views. It is the perfect spot to bring everyone together after a day spent in the snow or simply enjoying the outdoors.
Kick back and relax in the spacious wood-panelled lounge, or head downstairs to the outdoor hot tub. Prepare your daily meals in the fantastic fully equipped kitchen, boasting trendy teal cabinets and modern Gaggenau appliances or fire up the Weber BBQ in the summer.
For some evening entertainment, head to the games room, switch on the large flatscreen TV, play a game of table football, or just chat with friends and family by the fireplace.
The chalet sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children and there are five superb bedrooms. On the top floor is the master suite complete with en-suite shower room and dressing room, along with a further double room and children’s bunk room sharing a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is one double and one twin room, and both have en-suite shower rooms and terrace access.
The chalet has parking space for 2 vehicles, a ski room with boot warmers, and laundry facilities. Heating is entirely under-floor and adjustable for each room providing tailored, comfortable warmth to our guests.
