Chalet Nanook is a self-catered chalet in Morzine. Situated in Le Pied de La Plagne area, it is just a 4-minute drive from the resort centre. This luxury chalet is arranged over three floor and 240m2 of floor area and can accommodate 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. The slightly elevated and tranquil setting provides wonderfully picturesque views across the resort, valley and mountains.
The entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor via either the main entrance or the large garage. The garage has space for 2 cars and leads into the main chalet through the ski and boot room. The first of 5 en-suite double bedrooms is located on the ground floor, as well as a small wellness area with a very luxurious glass-fronted sauna, shower and conveniently located toilet.
Heading up to the first floor and this middle level is dedicated to sleeping quarters with 4 more beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. The beautiful master suite boasts a large front aspect balcony, en-suite shower room and separate freestanding bath. Stepping outside to the sun trap of a rear terrace and there is a perfectly positioned hot tub just awaiting your arrival with your favourite après ski tipple in hand.
The top floor of Chalet Nanook has been entirely devoted to the very best of modern open plan living. You will surely be impressed with the majestic views across the valley, which are perfectly framed by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes an island unit with seating. The adjacent large dining table has plenty of space for 10.
The lounge area has been positioned to maximise your enjoyment of the breathtaking mountain views. The large sofa invites you to relax in front of the log fire, and you can stream your favourite series on the flat screen TV. Additionally, and tucked away behind the kitchen is a snug with large TV and games console, an ideal additional space for family groups.
Chalet Nanook is tucked away down a short access road in the Le Pied de La Plagne area. For those driving to resort, there is space for 2 cars in the garage and another on the private drive. The centre of Morzine is an easy 4-minute drive from the chalet, and both the Pleney and Super-Morzine gondolas are within a 5-minute drive.
The Pleney gondola provides access to the Morzine–Les Gets ski area, as well as the dedicated beginner area at the top of the lift. The Super-Morzine gondola provides access onwards to the high-altitude ski slopes of the Avoriaz sector of the extensive Portes du Soleil ski area. Morzine offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants as well as resort amenities befitting one of the most popular year-round Alpine destinations.
Chalet Nanook is available to rent on a self-catered basis in both winter and summer. In the winter ski season, it is also possible to add a daily taxi service to and from the ski lifts with an additional charge – please contact us for pricing for your specific requirements.
