Chalet La Source is a modern catered ski chalet in Morzine. The location, set up on the hillside, ensures you of stunning panoramic views over the resort and the Pleney ski slopes opposite. The chalet is nestled at the edge of a forest and provides a private and tranquil setting for your ski holiday in the extensive Portes du Soleil ski area.

The chalet is arranged over six floors and sleeps 10-13 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. There are four twin or double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The fifth bedroom is the master suite with king-size double or twin bed and en-suite bath and shower room as well as a bunk room than can sleep up to 3 children. The unique design of the bedrooms allows for three families to be in residence with complete privacy.

At the heart of the chalet is the open plan dining room and kitchen. This room is flooded with daylight and you can enjoy the views across the valley from the solid oak dining table. From here you can step out onto the large balcony and which is a great spot to enjoy afternoon tea in the warmer spring months. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities including two ovens, two large fridges and a dishwasher.

Stepping up from here you enter the sitting room with essential log burning fireplace for that traditional alpine ambiance. There are three sumptuous sofas to relax into and from where you can enjoy majestic views or simply unwind with a movie. There are plenty more places to be entertained with the “Stag Bar” the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks and a game of table football. For relaxation sink into the outdoor hot tub or warm up in the spa room with a sauna.

The resort centre is 500m away and is accessed via Morzine’s iconic foot bridge. Your private driver will take you to the lift of your choice each morning and pick you back up every afternoon. The chalet has a dedicated boot room with heated boot warmers and ski racks to ensure your equipment is all ready for your next day’s skiing adventure.

The chalet is rented on a fully catered sole occupancy basis. On off peak weeks it is possible to rent the chalet on a self-catered basis with daily return driver service to the ski slopes – please enquire for full details and prices.
