Chalet APY is a spacious 350m2 self-catered chalet in the peaceful hamlet of Le Bosson, between Morzine and Les Gets, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. Set across four floors, it sleeps up to 10-14 guests in five en-suite bedrooms and a children’s bunk room, making it ideal for families, large groups and multi-generational ski holidays.
Combining contemporary Alpine design with natural wood and authentic mountain character, the chalet offers bright, sociable spaces designed for relaxing together. The main living floor features an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a large wooden table, breakfast bar, double ovens, alongside a comfortable lounge and games area with pool table and table football. Large sliding doors open onto a generous wraparound terrace with outdoor dining, BBQ facilities and an inviting hot tub overlooking the valley.
The top floor provides a quieter retreat, with two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms beneath exposed timber beams. Both offer flexible double or twin configurations, Smart TVs and blackout curtains, making them comfortable and restful spaces after a day on the slopes. The vaulted lounge also on this level features a wood-burning stove, deep sofas and full-height glazing opening onto a private balcony, creating a cosy space for relaxing and taking in the mountain views.
The remaining bedrooms are arranged across the first floor, with two generously sized rooms offering either double or twin beds, en-suite shower rooms, Smart TVs and access to balconies with mountain views. Electric shutters provide added privacy and help create a peaceful environment for sleeping.
A third, more intimate double bedroom has its own separate private shower room, while the children’s bunk room, with two sets of bunk beds, provides a cosy and separate sleeping space with a bathroom nearby. The bunk room has a separate dedicated bathroom.
Together, the five bedrooms and bunk room provide comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit families and groups.
Entertainment is well catered for, with a dedicated cinema room and a children’s den featuring board games and a chalkboard wall. Practical facilities include a ski, boot and bike room with heated boot warmers and named storage for skis and snowboards, private garage and driveway parking for up to six cars, high-speed WiFi and a sound system throughout.
Chalet APY is approximately a six-minute drive from the Pleney telecabine and Morzine centre, with Morzine’s Piste B around a 15-minute walk or three-minute drive away.

Chalet APY is available to rent on a self-catered chalet basis. It is also possible to organise access to a shuttle service to and from the ski slopes with an additional charge.
