Apartment Deux Chevaux forms part of Four Twenty L’Élé, a masterpiece in architecture and design having been transformed in 2016 from a traditional barn into a stunning, modern chalet in Morzine. Floor to ceiling windows, industrial influenced features and traditional wooden beams coupled with designer fixtures and furnishings make this property a calm, chic and minimal place to enjoy your winter or summer holiday from.
A large open plan living area with a wood burning stove is central to the apartment and has direct access to a private balcony via glass sliding doors. The kitchen and dining area are open to the lounge making it a sociable and modern space to relax in. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.
The floor to ceiling windows flood the apartment with light and look out to the garden and valley view. Leading off from the living area are two large bedrooms, each with their own shower en-suite. The bedrooms are very spacious and can easily accommodate children’s cots or camp beds if required. The extra large sofa in the living room can also double as a sofa bed if required. The bedrooms can be configured as double or twin and the extra large sofa in the living room also doubles as a sofa bed if required.
There is adequate parking for 2 cars and storage for skis and boots at the entrance of the chalet. Heated boot warmers will dry out and warm your boots ready for the next day.
In summer there is access to a lockable store, which is suitable for bikes. A sheltered outdoor area provides ample space for working on bikes, skis and boards if required.
Four Twenty L’Élé is located a few minutes drive from Morzine centre and is also just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Montriond. A 24 hour in-resort driver service is available to self-catered guests at an additional cost and means that you would be able to call a driver to take you to and from lifts and the village centre when desired.
In winter the free bus service stops a few minutes from the chalet door providing access to all ski lifts. Walking to and from Morzine centre takes approximately fifteen minutes, crossing the suspension bridge and walking along the valley.
For larger groups or a couple of families, Apartment Deux Chevaux can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Bobb to create Chalet Four Twenty L’Élé, which can accommodate 10 guests.
