Chalet Serenis is a spacious ski chalet in Meribel perfect for large groups looking to holiday together. Located in the Rond-Point des Pistes area of the resort, the elevated setting provides for convenient access into the ski area. The chalet offers numerous spaces for the group to spread out into and is also attached to the Grand Chalets des Pistes residence which offers communal spa facilities.
The chalet is spread over six floors and 340m2 of floor area and has the added convenience of an elevator connecting 5 levels. The communal living spaces are spread between two levels, with the large dining room and kitchen on the second floor, and a grand living room with two seating areas, log burner and bar kitchen on the third floor. There is also a mezzanine with office area overlooking the lounge area.
Sleeping up to 15 guests there are six bedrooms with en-suite or private bathroom facilities. Four double bedrooms area spread between the ground, first and second floors. For family groups, children will love the bunk room which can accommodate up to 6 youngsters all together. The final bedroom is located on the lowest level of the chalet and has a single bed and works perfectly as a room for a nanny.
The chalet is also well equipped for entertainment with a games room located outside of the bunk room and features table football. There is also a dedicated cinema room on the lowest floor where you can enjoy an immersive movie experience, and a sauna for unwinding and warming up after a day on the ski slopes.
The chalet is connected directly to the Grand Chalets des Pistes and you can enjoy access to the residence’s shared wellness area including a sauna, a hammam, as well as 2 massage rooms (massages not included). For sporty types, there is also a state-of-the-art fitness room.
The Grand Chalets des Pistes residence is located just off the edge of the blue Doron piste, and the Adret chairlift is an easy 250m ski away. Once at the top of the Adret chairlift you can choose to ski in the Meribel valley, or ski to the Loze chairlift or Saulire Express 2 gondola which will bring you to the top of the Courchevel ski slopes.
A big benefit of staying in the Rond-Point area means that you do not need to head down to the main lift hub at the Chaudanne in the morning to start your ski day. For those with children you are a short walk from the ESF meeting points at the Rond-Point for group lessons on peak weeks, and there is also a dedicated Piou-Piou snow kindergarten for the youngest children.
There are restaurants, the famous “Ronnie” après ski venue, ski rental shops as well as a small supermarket within 400m. It is also easy to access the buzzing resort centre of Meribel using the free resort bus service that stops close by.
Chalet Serenis is available to rent on a self-catered basis.
