Chalet Bois du Fontanil, completed for the 2022/23 winter ski season, is located centrally in charming Courchevel Le Praz. This authentic village with its narrow streets and old farmhouses, is linked directly to Courchevel 1850 by a fast gondola lift. Along with its lake and ski jump built for the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games, Le Praz offers a great selection of restaurants to enjoy in the evenings.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and 270m2 of floor area served by both an elevator and stairs. The top floor with high sloping ceiling and central fireplace is home to the communal living spaces. To one side is the sitting area with large comfy sofas as well as a cosy reading area. On the other side is the dining table and kitchen with breakfast bar. Balconies are accessible along both sides of this floor.
Sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children there are four en-suite bedrooms. On the first floor there are two double/twin bedrooms along with the master double bedroom. On the ground floor there is a family room with a twin/double bed and a bunk room with two bunk beds meaning this room can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the lowest level is the wellness area with swim spa with counter-current system, and a sauna. The chalet also features a ski room, laundry room and garage.
The Le Praz gondola and the bottom of the ski slopes are just an easy 200m walk away, and the village centre just a minute away. The gondola takes you to the centre of Courchevel 1850, where you can start ski school lessons each morning if required. The lift can also be used by any non-skiers who wish to go shopping in the many boutiques in 1850.
