Chalet Elan is a luxury ski chalet in Courchevel 1850, located in the Plantret area of the resort. This setting close to the resort centre offers both a secluded setting and close proximity to the resort centre amenities, restaurants and boutiques. The ski slopes are just 40m away, from where you can choose to ski down to Courchevel 1550, or to the fast Plantret chairlift which brings you onto the slopes high above Courchevel 1850.
The chalet is arranged over four floors and 420m2 of floor space all connected by both stairs and an elevator. The chalet can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children in 6 en-suite bedrooms. The chalet has been designed to evoke the traditional atmosphere of an Alpine farmhouse with cosy rooms and intimate spaces. There are also plenty of modern amenities, including a sublime wellness area.
The open plan living spaces are arranged across the second floor, and they open out onto a wide balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air. Large, comfy sofas will let you unwind in the evenings when you can chat about your day’s ski. The adjoining dining area, with semi-open kitchen, sits beneath a vaulted wood ceiling and is a dramatic setting for evening dinner parties.
Upstairs on the top floor of the chalet is the master suite. Tucked away on its own private floor, this room offers the utmost in seclusion, including a private balcony. The other five bedrooms are all to be found on the first floor, with a further four double rooms, and a children’s bunk room sleeping two. Also on this level is the children’s playroom / TV room, which any children in your group will just love.
Down onto the ground floor and this is where you will come to relax and unwind in your private spa facilities after a day on the ski slopes of the 3 Valley’s. Laze in the indoor swimming pool, ease-tired muscles in the sauna or hammam, before stepping outside to sink into the outdoor Swedish bath. For the fitness conscious there is also a fitness room and for those requiring some pampering, a massage room.
If you are driving to Courchevel, there is a garage with parking space for 2 cars.
Chalet Elan is available on a fully staffed basis and the chef will tailor the menus to your group’s personal preferences. Food and drink costs are additional and billed at the end of your stay.
Please note: Chalet Elan is currently under construction in time to open for the 2023/24 winter ski season. The images are CGI (computer generated images) and will be replaced with images of the completed chalet upon completion.
