Chalet Aigle Blanc is located in the peaceful Cospillot area of Courchevel 1850 and conveniently close to the centre of this fantastic resort. This cosy and traditional chalet is also only a short walk away from the Cospillot and Bellecote pistes. From its sun-drenched terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic Dent du Villard mountain, so all boxes are ticked for a memorable ski holiday.
Spread over three floors and 215m2 of floor area the chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests in four en-suite bedrooms. This chalet embodies the essence of homely mountain charm with its warm, traditional ambience with authentic decor. On snowy days the chalet will provide a haven of comfort and on sunny days the balconies and terraces let you soak up the rays.
The open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen is spread across the top floor and sits beneath the beautiful wood roof. The lounge features sofas and armchairs all set around the warmth of the wood burning fireplace. The open kitchen and dining room invite you to share moments of conviviality. A TV room is also tucked away under the roof eaves and is a lovely area for any children in your group.
The four bedrooms are split evening across the lower two floors of the chalet. With two double and two twin bedrooms, the chalet is perfectly set up for two families or a larger single family gathering. Each room has its own balcony, providing a wonderful amount of natural light. The master bedroom also has a bathroom equipped with a hammam shower, and another en-suite has a Whirlpool bath.
Outside there is also a Jacuzzi for moments of relaxation after your return from the ski slopes. The chalet is also equipped with a laundry room, a ski and boot room and a guest toilet. There is also a car parking space available if driving to Courchevel.
In the mornings you have a choice of two ski slopes to head too. The nearest ski slope is the blue graded Cospillot piste which is a 220m walk away. From here you can ski across to the Cospillot button lift which will bring you up to the fast Pralong chairlift, and where you can ski off into the vast expanse of the Courchevel ski area.
Alternatively, you can head to the green graded Bellecote piste which is a 240m walk away. Once on this slope it is just a very short and easy slide down to the resort centre and the main La Croisette lift hub. This is where the ski school meeting points are all arranged. From La Croisette, you have a choice of 3 gondolas, Chenus, Jardin Alpin, and Verdons, or you can continue skiing downwards to Courchevel 1550 or Courchevel Le Praz.
The centre of Courchevel 1850 is a 5-10-minute walk away and where you have an abundance of boutiques, bars and restaurants to discover. Self-catering provisions can be bought from the supermarket and bakeries. Courchevel 1850 also offers lots of off-slope diversions in the Forum centre including an ice rink, climbing wall, bowling alley, and various shops.
