On entering the property, you arrive into a small lobby with a storage area for your skis and mountain clothing. From here steps lead up to three floors of living and bedrooms space. Heading straight up to the top floor and this is where your open plan living spaces are arranged under the magnificent roof frame. This floor has been well designed to create both separate living and dining areas.
To one side of this floor is the open kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar, plus a balcony with a view on the resort centre. To the other side is the lounge area with plentiful seating, wood burner, flat screen TV, and balcony with views across the resort and valley. This convivial space is full of natural local materials of wood and wool and offers a warm atmosphere in which to relax.
Sleeping up to 8 guests there are four double bedrooms evenly split between the first and second floors. All feature their own en-suite shower or bath, with two bedrooms also equipped with an en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have access to their own separate toilet. The bedrooms are decorated with plentiful wood panelling and a dash of feature colour.
The property is perfectly located to access on foot all that Courchevel 1850 has to offer. The main lift hub of La Croisette is only a 100m walk away and this is where all the main ski school meeting points are located too. From La Croisette you have a choice of 3 gondolas up the mountain depending on where you would like to start your ski day.
In the evenings, if you do not fancy cooking at home, then there are an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from all within a 5-minute walk. The Le Forum complex with numerous shops and sporting amenities is also only a 5-minute away, along with any supplies required from bakeries or supermarkets.
