Chalet Ikamiut is the newest and smallest luxury chalet within the Hameau de Marcandou in Courchevel 1550. This chalet provides a charming and cosy cocoon in the mountains and is the perfect retreat for a romantic winter holiday. The centre of Courchevel 1550 along with the ski slopes and lifts is 500m away. The ski lifts link you directly to the heart of Courchevel 1850 in just 5 minutes.
The chalet is arranged over two floors, 90m2 of living space, and can sleep up to 4-6 people. The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor and brings you into the kitchen and dining room. A sliding door takes you through to the living room which will surely delight with its abundant creative touches. The L-shape sofa can be opened out into a double bed, and the fireplace ensures a comfy and warm atmosphere in the evenings.
The first floor is finished with a guest toilet and the balcony off the living room affords views over the valley and to the mountains opposite. A spiral staircase takes you down to the ground floor where there are two double/twin bedrooms with en-suite-shower rooms. Outside on a private terrace is the Nordic bath, the perfect spot for some post ski relaxation.
Guests also have access to the NUUK barn, a 20m2 multi-purpose room, fully equipped to host your work meetings as well as your well-being and fitness activities. Equipped with both gym equipment, or convertible to a meeting space, this feature is usable by all clients staying at the Hameau de Marcandou.
Chalet Ikamiut is available on a self-catered basis with a breakfast basket delivery on the 1st morning of your stay, a daily bread and pastry delivery included, as well as access to a driver service in Courchevel 1550 from 9am to 6pm daily.
For large groups, the three chalets of the Hameau de Marcandou can sleep up to 20 adults and 8 children. This hamlet of chalets would work perfectly for a large group of friends or several families looking to holiday together. Along with Chalet Ikamiut, there is Chalet Ilulissat that can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children, and Chalet Sisimiut that can sleep up to 10 adults and 4 children.
