Chalet Ardoise is one of the chalets of the Les Rives d’Argentière complex in the Chamonix valley. Four uniquely designed luxury chalets each with their own individual character to rent either individually or as a group. Les Rives d’Argentière with its unparalleled calming location, offers exceptional views of the ski slope of Les Grands Montets, Argentière Glacier, Aiguille Verte and of course Mont Blanc.
Chalet Ardoise is spacious, flooded with light and boasts exceptional views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding snow covered peaks. Cosy and intimate, it is based on a mountain refuge design, using only natural luxury materials including slate, wood and wool.
Sleeping 10 people across 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, there is also a “lit clos” double bed under the eaves suitable for an additional 2 children. The large open plan kitchen, dining area and expansive living room, with wood stove and huge windows, allows the natural daylight and mountain views to flood in. The chalet’s large decked terrace area is equipped with a private sunken hot tub.
The chalet also boasts a dedicated ski room with heated boot warmers, sofas and ski snacks. It leads directly to the secure underground garage with 2 dedicated parking spaces, where you can arrive and depart in a warm and safe environment. The chalet also has the benefit of a washing machine & dryer.
In addition, you have access to the shared facilities of Les Rives d’Argentière, including sauna and hammam with showers, fitness suite, massage room, library, movie theatre, bar, games room and wine cellar.
Chalet Ardoise is nestled in the heart of the village of Argentière and alongside the River Arve. It’s location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting, yet just short stroll from shops, vibrant bars, restaurants and of course the famous Les Grands Montets cable car.
The chalet is sold on a catered and self-catered basis. Unlimited transport in the valley from 08:00 to 20:00 can be provided at additional cost, as well as after 20:00 if required.
