Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the Altiport, this highly sought-after area is known for its tranquillity and exceptional natural setting. Conditions permitting, the chalet is accessible on skis, otherwise it’s just a short 150m walk from the Altiport to the chalet, or to the Club Med slope for access to the pistes. The resort ski shuttle bus will also take you to the Bergers Centre or the Rond Point des Pistes, at the other end of the resort.
The chalet is spread across three floors and 310m2 of floor area. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Featuring an elevator and a solid wood staircase, every detail has been carefully crafted to combine design and practicality. Its south-facing orientation allows you to enjoy optimal sunlight throughout the day, enhanced by breathtaking mountain views.
The open plan living room is on the top floor and if filled with natural light thanks to its high ceilings are large windows. Enjoy panoramic views of the Alpine peaks from the south-facing terrace, equipped with a hot tub. The large, cosy lounge, with its wood-burning fireplace, is perfect for relaxed evenings in. The spacious dining room and modern, open plan kitchen with integrated wine cellar, completes the space.
The chalet has five bedrooms which are all spread across the middle floor. These include the master bedroom with a private south-facing balcony, and a children’s bedroom offering a comfortable and friendly space for 4. On the ground floor is a wellness area with sauna and Italian style shower. In addition, the cinema room provides a dedicated space for entertainment.
For any guests driving to Alpe d’Huez, there is a car parking space available in the garage along with a charging point for electric vehicles. The chalet also has laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a ski room and boot heaters for storing all your mountain equipment.
Alpe d’Huez is one of the world’s most famous high altitude ski resorts. The “island in the sun” not only attracts skiers and snowboarders of all levels thanks to its exceptional ski area, but also in summer for the magnificent hiking, mountain biking and road cycling. Along with a wide choice of activities for skiers and non-skiers alike, the is very lively après-ski at the mythical Folie Douce along with a renowned nightlife.
