Sleeping up to 20 guests there are 10 sound-insulated en-suite bedrooms arranged across the two chalets. In the main chalet there are five en-suite bedrooms, and in the guest chalet, three en-suite bedrooms and a family suite with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The bedrooms are decorated in calming, neutral tones that add to the peaceful setting for a good night’s sleep. All the bedrooms feature a recessable TV set at the foot of the bed and Sonos sound systems.

If you are staying as part of a family group – we highly recommend it! Children are simply going to love it here. From the moment you arrive, the fun begins. Even the elevator ride from the garage is an adventure – you’ll travel through a virtual alpine landscape complete with chirping marmots, mooing cows, and even a playful little ladybug that buzzes when you tap it!

Reaching the next floor and the excitement continues. The wellness area with indoor swimming pool is full of surprises – from water toys and playful fountains to a virtual aquarium where kids can interact with friendly digital fish. The indoor hot tub and sauna invite the parents to unwind whilst the children play to their hearts content.

Just behind the pool, and a curved glazed wall, you’ll find the fitness room, which isn’t just for adults. The climbing wall has two special routes designed for children, so even the youngest can join in the fun. If you slip, your fall is softened by a foam mat with a thickness of 40 cm. Also on this floor is the dedicated home theatre perfect for immersive movie nights or a few rounds on the PlayStation on the huge 3.6-meter screen.

Jumping back into the elevator and you’ll reach the next floor, where an incredible play paradise awaits. Designed by a master playground builder, this indoor wonderland features secret tunnels, a ball pit, a mini play store, and even another PlayStation with big screen.

And there is even more as the top floor opens directly onto one of two outdoor playgrounds, complete with a competition-size trampoline, a swing set, and a sandbox. The second playground is located just 40 meters below, and where the kids can play soccer on an artificial grass pitch, or whiz down a long slide.

Outside, the adults can also have their own fun with a patio encircling the house and shaded dining opportunities. An atrium with fire pit on the wellness level invites you to gaze at the snowy scenery with a hot chocolate, and 2 large sculptures by David Harber complete the scene.

The operations at Chalet Julisam are also entirely CO2-free thanks to heat pumps, self-generated solar power and the hydroelectric power provided by Salzburg AG.

In winter, Leogang puts you at the centre of the world’s largest ski area: With the Alpincard you have access to 2,700 kilometres of slopes and more than 900 lifts and cable cars. In summer, Leogang is the biking centre of Europe with breathtaking downhill routes to wonderful e-bike tours. The region is also a paradise for golfers, who can often expect snow-covered peaks, yet warm, sunny weather in the valley.

A stay at Chalet Julisam includes a private ski shuttle service to all clients staying in the chalet. As well as end of day pick-ups from the furthest reaches of the local Ski Circus circuit, the driver can take you to the off-piste mecca of Maria Alm, the glamour of Kitzbuhel, or the heights of the local glaciers.

Locally, the chalet offers amazing access to the huge Ski Circus area that has more than 400km of slopes. The closest lift for nursery slopes and snow walking trails is the Schanteilift, just 0.8km away and the Krallerhof and Steinbergbahn are both around 2km away. The local slopes are north facing and covered by snow cannon to ensure an enjoyable ski home at the end of the day. The centre of Leogang is just five minutes away by chauffeur-driven car and has plenty to offer too.
