The Buhlhof Penthouse in snow-sure Lech is an elegant property that has undergone a complete renovation for the 2019/20 winter season. This spacious duplex apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. It is an excellent choice for large groups or several families looking to holiday together in this leading Austria ski resort.

From the outside, the building upholds the charming local architecture of Lech and within the style is sleek yet warm and inviting. Arranged over two floors and 300m2 of living space the interior has been decorated full of rich woods, ambient lighting, and neutral tones to create a thoroughly luxurious space.

Entering the building into the ground floor reception area, a lift brings you to the first floor where you will find the majority of the bedrooms as well as the private wellness facilities. There is an entrance hallway with plenty of space for storing your outdoor clothing. From here there are five bedrooms all with either en-suite bath or shower facilities and terrace access. Four of these bedrooms are configured as doubles and one as a twin bedroom.

The remainder of this floor is given over to your own dedicated spa with a wellness area featuring a sauna, a relaxation area with loungers, as well as a small gym. Stepping outside on the terrace and there is also an outdoor/indoor hot tub which is the perfect spot to soak away tired bodies against the backdrop of Lech’s mountains.

Heading up to the top floor by either stairs or lift, and you enter into the open plan kitchen and bar area. This convivial space at the heart of the property is perfect for a quick aperitif and for self-catered bookings lends to a communal ambiance. The dining room affords a grand setting under the vaulted roof and comfortably seats 12 with the added comfort of a warming central fireplace. A wide balcony is also accessed from this space.

The living room is accessed from the left of the fireplace and has comfy seating arranged around a coffee table and is perfect for fun evenings playing cards or boards games.

There is also an additional TV room next to the living room, which is a very useful additional space for families. The final sixth bedroom completes this floor and is a double with en-suite bath and shower room.

The apartment has laundry facilities and access to a shared ski room with ski locker. There is also a professional kitchen on the lower ground floor.

You can also access the property directly from the slopes with ski in ski out access.
