On the garden level, Chardon 101 features a vast living room with a double lounge separated by a central fireplace, a dining area and an open kitchen. A south-facing terrace, extended by a garden, lets you enjoy winter sunshine and views of the ski slopes and mountains.
The underground level houses the 4 bedrooms. A large master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and separate toilet, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a children’s dormitory with 4 bunk beds.
The highlight of this apartment: a winter garden with TV, and a relaxation area with sauna and steam room.
The quickest way to reach the Santons piste is via a 50m off-piste path at the back of the Résidence des Chardons. Otherwise, a 250m walk will bring you onto the ski slope that heads down to the main snow front. The “Blue” ski bus route also connects the area of Legettaz with the Rond-Point des Pistes where the main snow front, ski lifts, and ski school meeting points are located.
Chic and sporty, Val d’Isère has retained its authenticity and charm. It’s the perfect destination for nature and mountain lovers, as well as winter sports enthusiasts who will enjoy the 300km of pistes, the fabulous playground shared by Tignes and Val d’Isère.
