With an expansive 230m2 of floorspace, Beaumont is a spacious home with thoughtful design and contemporary finishes. The 40m2 private terrace is the perfect spot to soak up the views with your favourite après ski tipple.
From the main street you ascend to the first floor and into the welcoming entrance which flows seamlessly into the comfortable dining area and living room, perfect for quality time together. On this floor you will find the five beautiful bedrooms, including one bunk room. Each bedroom is equipped with a thoughtfully designed bathroom.
As a guest staying in Residence Le Parc 1963 you will also enjoy direct access to a private ski-room and a fully equipped fitness area. 1 covered car parking space is also included for any guests self-driving to resort.
The setting on Avenue Olympique lets you easily access all this exciting world-famous ski resort has to offer. The main snow front is a 350m walk away and where you will find all the ski school meeting points, as well as the ski lifts. The Solaise and Bellevarde gondolas will whisk you quickly up to over 2,500m and from where you can access a huge network of ski slopes all with stunning views.
Stepping out of the residence brings you straight out into the action of this bustling resort. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants, along with a supermarket and bakery, all within a few minutes’ walk.
Le Parc Beaumont is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis with the addition of a host who will prepare and make breakfast for you and do the housekeeping on five days. It is also possible to add a chef for 3 nights with an additional charge.
