Marmotte Penthouse is a luxurious alpine home located in the heart of Verbier. The setting is just a 4-minute walk to the nearest piste and a 9-minute stroll from bustling Place Centrale in the centre of the resort. This stunning property radiates alpine charm with a harmonious blend of contemporary design and cosy Swiss charm throughout.
Entering the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area brings you into a world of warmth and elegance. A traditional mountain ambiance is enhanced by the wood-burning fireplace and tasteful decor. The living space boasts ample seating and large coffee table that invites you to unwind. The dining table seats ten, with the adjacent open kitchen equipped with top-of-the-range appliances perfect for home cooking.
In the evenings, as the day fades to night, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with stunning mountain views and the twinkling lights of Verbier. Outside, a wide balcony is decked out with outdoor furnishings, a heater, and plush sheepskins, offers an idyllic setting for morning coffees and al-fresco moments.
Sleeping 8-10 guests, there are five bedrooms spread across three floors. On the same level as the living spaces is the master double bedroom, with a luxurious en-suite bath and shower, and his and hers sinks. Access to a shared balcony delivers breathtaking mountain views from sunrise to sunset.
Heading upstairs, there is another beautiful double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, an en-suite shower room, plus access to a shared balcony. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, his and hers sinks, and access to the shared balcony. Finally on this level is a quad bunk room, sleeping four children or two adults, and has access to the back balcony. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor.
The final bedroom is tucked away up on the mezzanine floor and is a well-appointed children’s twin bedroom. The level also offers a cosy TV snug, and a small office.
Once back from the slopes, you can indulge in the private spa room where you can relax and unwind in the sauna and steam room — the perfect remedy for soothing tired muscles. For all your skiing equipment, there is a dedicated ski room equipped with a boot heaters and ample storage. Please note that both the spa and ski room are private and located in the building two floors down from the apartment.
The bottom of the Le Rouge piste is only a 4-minute walk away, and where you can always enjoy some lively après ski before your return to the property. The main lift hub of Medran is a 3-minute drive away, or if you prefer to ski on the gentler ski slopes of the Savoyleres sector, this lift here is a just a couple of minutes drive away.
Marmotte Penthouse is available to rent on a self-catered basis including daily housekeeping.
