Chalet N is perfectly nestled in the alpine landscape of the world-famous Arlberg massif, ready to welcomes its guests to an exclusive stay. Situated high above Lech, in the exclusive setting of Oberlech, Chalet N blends harmoniously into the Voralberg landscape. The chalet is the perfect example of the local alpine architecture whilst setting new standards with its interior facilities.
Arranged across five floors and 2,250m2 of floor area, the chalet can accommodate 18-22 guests across 10 suites. This extremely spacious property offers an abundance of breakout spaces with various lounges, unique dining spaces, numerous balconies and terraces, along with a first-class spa area. It is a magical choice for a large family gathering or special celebration in the mountains.
Each of the 10 suites – including two executive suites, one junior suite and one children’s suite – allows an ever-fascinating view over the alpine winter landscape from their private balconies. All the bedrooms are equipped with a 4K QLED quality TV system alongside an equally high-tech audio system.
Switched off, the large TV frames show art or mood images that guests can select per their individual preferences. The system also allows international streaming platforms along with the choice to play your own films or songs via the Bluetooth system.
When it comes to dining each evening, you can make a different choice of setting in the chalet to enjoy a unique culinary experience. From fine dining at the large table in the restaurant to a very special kitchen party with DJ, front cooking and flying buffet. Wine menus at the Chefs Table are served directly in the elegant wine cellar.
If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, there is a modern interpretation of cosiness in the Walser-Stüberl. The Fireplace & Lounge Bar, on the other hand, offers the flair and sophisticated comfort of a private club.
The entire lower lobby level of Chalet N has been generously dedicated to relaxation. At the heart of the wellness area is the indoor swimming pool that invites you to unwind poolside on loungers. Columns made from the rock of the regional Alps support the wooden ceilings, and the water of the pool shimmers green – an enchanting scene!
The sauna rooms are adjacent with a choice of a hay or Finnish sauna, alongside a salt tunnel steam bath all complemented by an ice fountain, cold water pool and relaxation rooms. Outside, two outdoor sunken hot tubs complete the extraordinary wellness experience.
Perfectly coordinated, the pool menu provides a selection of light, appropriate snacks, but the kitchen also offers everything guests like in the spa area.
Alongside the first-class entertainment equipment in each room, you can also enjoy the perfectly designed Home Cinema Room for a more immersive movie experience.

Located in Oberlech, Chalet N is perched at an altitude of 1,660m altitude in an exclusive and private setting. A luxury chalet with a ski in ski out location, the elevated setting high above the resort of Lech delivers stunning panoramic views of the Arlberg ski area and surrounding mountain peaks.
To access the chalet on skis, you ski-in from an easy walking route that is located off the blue 210 Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech piste. Ski-out access is onto the same piste, which brings you down to the Schlosskopfbahn chairlift. Alternatively, you can ski to the 200 Kriegeralpe-Petersboden-Oberlech-Lech blue piste, and this route gives access to a wider choice of chairlifts.
Lech, with its charming village centre and boutiques, is an eight-minute chauffeured drive away should you prefer some shopping therapy to a day on the ski slopes.
